When you use the contact form or write to contact.maseo@gmail.com, we receive your identity, your contact details (email, and phone number if you provide it), the subject of your request and the content of your message.

Use

This data is used only to answer your request and to follow up the business relationship. It is never sold or transferred. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.

Retention period

Your data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and follow up the business relationship, then archived in accordance with legal retention periods.

Recipients and hosting

Only the Maséo team has access to your messages. The website is hosted by OVH in France. Messages are received in a Gmail mailbox (Google), which may process some data outside the European Union.

Cookies

This website sets no advertising or audience-measurement cookies. It only uses technical storage that is strictly necessary for it to work (so that the welcome screen and the “Holiday rentals” window are not shown again during your visit), which does not require consent. Fonts are hosted on our servers: no data is sent to a third party when pages are displayed.

If audience-measurement cookies or third-party services (map, video, online booking) were added, your consent would be requested beforehand. You can withdraw it at any time with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of the page.

Your rights
